The Perian patch for Mac users should allow you to see the original avi files in QuickTime if you have a Mac which are better quality than these converted from .avi to .mov.  These QT files, sadly because of the conversion process are not the same visual quality as the original .avi files.  I have tried numerous renderings from a variety of programs and they are still about an 8/10 with the original being a 10 in quality and color saturation.  That said, they are certainly still good enough to learn from.  These are full frame, so it is better to watch them in QuickTime instead of the browser.
