The images you see on this page are from my photographic workshops
where I also demonstrate in real time digitally projected how to edit your images; and if there
is time, I also address websites, traditional and online marketing
techniques. The
goal of my workshops is to give you a solid understanding of what you can do
to give your work and business an edge--either by doing it yourself or
hiring someone. With the costs of everything going up, now is
a good time to invest in your work: with professional photography, a
website/some form of a store, and possibly a revised marketing plan if you
are looking to explore new markets for your work. If you are
a hobbyist, it is still good to be able to share your passion and progress
in the form of a website.
Added this year are a variety of photographic and
video related services I am offering. Having grown up with computers and being an
artist in a variety of mediums, I have developed the ability and skills to
understand what most artists are looking for when it comes to how they want
their work or themselves presented. I am always learning and updating
my skills and abilities including learning how to photographically light and shoot new forms
and mediums including high definition video
production, editing, writing, and DVD and web authoring. I am
convinced short films are the next step in presenting our work and
ourselves, telling the story of what we do, as a positive marketing
component to our plan and also as an amazing artistic vehicle for self
expression. On the more commercial side, "How to"
instructional videos have
tremendous potential as well.
Below are my services
to artists. You are welcome to make general inquiries. I use the
best commercial software and design tools (Adobe Master Collection, Sony &
Canon Products) as well as a variety of open source software. I am
available as a consultant in any of these areas, please inquire for rates,
and if I can't help you I usually know someone who can.

All images from a photo shoot are edited in
Photoshop CS3 including touch up, cloning, brightness/contrast adjustments,
etc. All 10.1 mega pixel images will
be available for download from my website; I provide instructions in how to
download--it's easy. Initial work can be posted online
for evaluation. If you have a highly reflective
surface, please inquire as "HRS" (highly reflective surfaces) can take more time to shoot and edit in Photoshop.
You can mail the work to me or drop it off, but before you do, contact me
about your work, what your expectations are, any questions you have, an
estimate, etc. You must schedule with me the time and expected time of
completion so you know when you can expect your images ready. If there
are some services you would like but do not see, please
contact
me. I can also provide services to uploading your images for your
directly to Zapplication, JAS, etc.
If you have a
project in mind, suggestions, contact me to see if I can help you. Chances are, I
can help you or find someone who can. A note on Shipping: You are responsible for the
shipping/insurance both ways. I take exceedingly great care in packing
and will re-pack your work as it came.
